"Not Sure I'd Use It Again"
I tried using this site it just didn’t give me a reliable vibe. At first I thought maybe it was fine, but the more I dealt with it, the less comfortable I felt. Nope. Not trusting it again

"Not gonna lie, the candids were disappointing"
Not gonna lie, I was really hoping for some natural candid shots, but most of the photos ended up feeling awkward and posed. There just weren’t many genuine moments captured.
"The edits just didn’t look like us"
I was disappointed with how the photos turned out. The colors looked kind of strange, and the skin editing felt really harsh, to the point where we didn’t look like ourselves. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “that’s the editing style” and that they’d “take the feedback into account,” but it didn’t really fix anything for us. I was hoping for something more natural.

We booked Lily & Lime for our wedding, and looking back, I have kind of mixed feelings. I don’t remember every little detail from the day, but I do remember the photographer showing up a bit late, and after that everything felt a little rushed, especially during the family photos.
There were definitely a few cute shots that I’m glad we have, and maybe I’m mostly remembering the stressful parts, but a lot of the gallery felt kind of random to me. I kept noticing small moments I wish had been captured. For what we paid, I just expected things to feel a little more organized and thoughtful.

"The online gallery was frustrating..."
The online gallery was frustrating to deal with. It was slow, clunky, and photos took forever to load. A few kept glitching when I tried to view or download them, which got old fast. It also felt like the whole thing was handled carelessly, like nobody really checked that it worked properly before sending it over. For what we paid, I expected a much smoother experience.

"I wish the contract had been explained better"
I felt uneasy about the whole contract process. The details weren’t explained clearly, and I didn’t feel comfortable signing something when I wasn’t sure what I was agreeing to. I ended up feeling confused and kind of stuck, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.

"Decent tips, but took more effort than I expected"
The posing tips were okay, but I felt like I had to put in more effort than I wanted to make them actually useful. They helped a little, just not enough to feel all that impressed

"Really disappointed with how long it took"
I was disappointed with the whole experience. It took way too long to get my photos back, and I barely got any updates while I was waiting. By the time they finally came through, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Booking felt way more complicated than expected"
I tried booking through lilyandlime.com it was kind of a headache. The site looks nice enough, I guess, but the actual steps felt confusing and not very straightforward. A couple of pages seemed to send me around in circles, and I kept going back to double-check details because I wasn’t totally sure what had gone through. Maybe I was just tired, but it really shouldn’t have taken that much effort. I was excited at first, then mostly just annoyed by the end.

"Felt really unorganized"
The whole coordination felt messy. The planner kept replying late, which made things more confusing than they needed to be, and I spent way too much time just waiting in the queue for updates. It got frustrating fast.

"Helpful support, just wish it was a bit faster"
Customer service was really nice and did help me with my question, so I don’t want to sound too negative. It just took longer than I expected to get a response. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but I feel like it could’ve been quicker. Overall, not a bad experience though.

"Felt Like the Price Was Being Hidden"
At first, the pricing looked reasonable, but the more I went through the process, the more extra costs started popping up. It made me feel a little suspicious, like the real total was being held back until later. I don’t mind paying for something if I know what I’m getting into, but this felt confusing and kind of misleading. I really wish they’d just show the full price upfront.

"Expected more help than I got"
I went in thinking support would at least help me get to the bottom of the issue, but that really wasn’t my experience. They kept giving vague responses and passing me around, and in the end nothing actually got fixed. Frustrating, especially since I expected a lot better

"We lost moments we can’t get back"
I’m really disappointed with our wedding video. A lot of it was shaky and too dark, and the audio kept cutting in and out. What hurts the most is that some of the important moments were missed completely. It’s not like we can redo the day or get those memories back, so this was really upsetting.

I went in hoping to get some help, but the staff wasn’t very friendly. They kind of act like I was bothering them, and I barely got any help at all.

"Not quite what I thought I was getting"
The site was alright overall, but I did feel a little misled by some of the photos. A few things didn’t look the way I expected once I actually saw them, which was disappointing. It wasn’t a total surprise or anything, but I wish it had been shown a bit more accurately.

"Got my refund, but I was a little suspicious for a while"
I ended up having to cancel my order, and the whole refund thing made me a bit uneasy at first. They did respond and said the refund was on the way, but then it took longer than I expected, which had me wondering if I was actually going to get it. I had to follow up once before anything really seemed to move. I did get my money back in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the process definitely could’ve felt more reassuring.

"Fine package, but the price felt a bit much"
The package was easy enough to understand and there wasn’t anything really wrong with it, but I do feel like it was a little overpriced for what you actually get. It’s not bad, to be fair, but I wouldn’t say it felt like great value either. Just kind of average, honestly.

"Felt like we had to beg for basic professionalism"
This was really disappointing. Our photographer showed up late and from the moment they arrived, it felt like they didn’t want to be there. We barely got any direction, the poses felt rushed, and they kept checking their phone like we were interrupting their day. At some points it felt like we were begging them to care, which left me feeling resentful during a day that was already stressful enough. The photos turned out okay, I guess, but the whole attitude really ruined the experience for us.
